“Great stay ~ convenient ~ frustrated upon arrival.”

The staff were very friendly, especially Thomas, and the location is cozy. However, the hotel name isn’t shown on the building at all, and we were dropped off with no clue that the entrance was in an alley, spending about 1.5 hours searching for it. The buzzer is tiny and invisible unless you’re right in front of it, and the whole place looked abandoned with a metal cage over the entrance; a sign outside would have helped guests who book.

The location and room were excellent, the air conditioner was cool but not too cold, and the staff—particularly Thomas—were great at meeting our needs. I’d recommend staying there, though the only drawback was the air conditioner.

“Excellent, la chambre le service, l’emplacement”

Breakfast on the small terrace was plentiful, well served, and the place was quiet. The room was very spacious with an exceptionally high ceiling that made the space feel very airy.

“Not very satisfied”

The location is the only highlight. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. However, there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up two floors, and the shower seemed to get stuck on both the rain shower and hand shower at the same time. The AC unit kept humming loudly, and the concierge didn’t seem to care. There are no electrical plugs in the room, only one on the lower part of the wall for charging and kettle use.

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, and the location was amazing. Nothing else to add.
