“It was ok.. could have stayed at better place”

The location and staff were good, but the rooms weren’t clean—glasses and cups were sticky and unwashed, and overall it felt expensive for what was offered.

“I booked the place looking at the hotel facade which is nice but now I know it was a mistake.”

The staff were helpful and courteous, but the bathroom was really smelly and unpleasant.

“Great location, superb infra, extremely poor hygiene.”

The hotel’s infrastructure and location are top notch and the reception staff are extremely helpful, yet hygiene and cleanliness are major concerns; the washroom was poorly maintained, we had to change rooms twice—first room had stains in the pot, second had hair in the bathroom and stains in the pot that the staff offered to clean, but we also found hair under the pillows; overall hygiene was extremely poor. On the bright side, the location is great and the building is well‑designed. Oh, and when we ordered Fresh Lime soda, it was full of seeds and two glasses contained dead mosquitoes.

“Easy access as it’s on the highway but no cleanliness”

The location is easy to find, but a previous guest left crockery and glassware in the room, and the floor had not been swept.
