The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I don’t see anything that needs improvement.

Customer service was excellent and the food was great, especially the cookies that are to die for, but I couldn’t smoke my cigar in the casino, even though there were many cigarette smokers and vapors.

I found the rooms clean and comfortable, but the price felt a bit steep for what I got. Between 5am and 6:30am, three fire alarms went off, supposedly because of construction work; a restaurant staff member told me this had happened before.

The room was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly—what a wonderful experience! Nothing was lacking; everything was flawless.
