“It was a great place to call home while on a work trip!”

The reception and happy hour were enjoyable, and the rooms were well set up. The only issue was that our room needed a bit of maintenance around the shower tiles.

The room was clean, it was close to Truist Park, and the shuttle to the game, cocktail hour, and morning breakfast buffet were convenient. The front desk staff were friendly. The shuttle that was supposed to pick up guests from the Braves game left my husband, son, and me on the curb because it was full; the driver said he wouldn’t return and we had to find another way. This was very frustrating since we chose the hotel for its shuttle service, and the driver deliberately left us stranded and refused to come back. We had to walk back to the hotel after the game past 11 pm, which made us very unhappy with that part of the stay. The next morning, at the breakfast buffet, one of the workers was rude. She started cleaning the waffle bar at 8:45 am. I asked why she was cleaning early since I was about to use it to make a waffle for my son; she replied “because no one was using it.” I told her I thought breakfast ended at 9 am and I’d be there soon to make a waffle. She reluctantly returned the waffle iron with an attitude and placed it hard on the counter. I didn’t get her name.

“Overall great hotel- additional fee to park and cashless hotel.”

The staff were all exceptional and the breakfast was over the top fantastic, making the stay extremely comfortable. However, they added an extra $30 a night parking fee that wasn’t disclosed at booking; the site listed parking but didn’t mention the charge, so guests should be upfront about the true nightly cost. Also, the hotel is entirely cash‑free, which should be noted during booking.

“Nice, comfortable place to stay when visiting Atlanta Georgia.”

My room was cool and had a very clean scent. The hot tub didn’t produce any bubbles.
