The hotel offers a fantastic view of the pyramids, the service is very good, and they are always ready to help us.

Ahmed was always attentive to our requests, and on the second night he upgraded us to the main room at no extra charge; he also prepared breakfast for us since we were leaving early, and everything was flawless.
