I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which claimed to be a 5-star establishment but fell far short of that promise. The room was cramped, with a malfunctioning air conditioner and a dirty bathroom that made me feel uneasy. The staff's unfriendly demeanor and the overall lack of cleanliness made for a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
