“Will not be booking though booking.com again.”

The staff were nice, but that was it. I booked months ahead and arrived to find no record of my reservation because the property had switched management a month earlier, with no notification sent to me by email, text, or otherwise. I had to pay a higher price for a smoking room that night. The door didn’t lock properly, there were no towels, and bags were piled over the AC units. The front of the hotel seemed fine, but the back where our room was was in disarray, with broken parking spots, garbage everywhere, and workers staring at us as we maneuvered around. I didn’t feel safe and left. When we exited, a man watched us walk out to our car. We chose a different hotel, losing $100 on top of the $77 we originally paid. We’ll never book here again.

The staff were friendly, yet there was no shower curtain, no bed covers, and a bad odor lingered.

“Not a great stay”

The location was convenient, but the TV was broken, and when I reported it to the front desk, the staff member was not very helpful; the screen also had a strange pink tint. I requested a partial refund because the room wasn’t worth the $78, yet I haven’t received any response.
