“Book it - you won’t be disappointed!”

From the moment I booked, the communication was flawless, with helpful tips about WeChat and sightseeing. The day before arrival, the flight details were double‑checked so the driver was ready, and throughout our stay the staff offered outstanding assistance and local knowledge. Everyone was friendly, especially the reception ladies who went above and beyond—sharing information, arranging tickets and transfers. The hotel sits out of town and is very quiet, yet transport can be arranged easily for anywhere you need to go. This is a fantastic hotel staffed by amazing people.

The structure and room matched the description perfectly, and the staff were amazing, helping us each evening plan the next day’s activities. Since the place is outside the village, you need a taxi to get around—about 10 minutes and always available within a few minutes—but that’s part of its charm, offering complete peace and quiet.

“Experiencia inolvidable”

Everything was wonderful. The site is charming, the hotel has a lovely style and beautiful finishes, and the team makes you feel almost like family. They help with plans, support you when you’re out, and make everything easy. We liked everything about the hotel.

“This was one of the most beautiful and relaxing hotels we have stayed at.”

Beautiful rooms and location. Everything was very modern but set in the peaceful nature surroundings. The food was also exceptional

“True Zen”

Very clean, comfortable, modern, user-friendly e-smart room. Very friendly & helpful staff who attempted to help us in anyway they could. Quiet and relaxing, nicely decorated facilities & surroundings. A bit out of the way to attraction spots. Local foods available, so if you’re after a lot of variety for food, this is not it, but good local options with “homy” vibe
