The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
The location can't be beat – it's right next to the castle, which is perfect for sightseeing.
The room itself was a tidy oasis - the cleanliness was top-notch and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to get a good night's sleep.

“Ferrara is beautiful and it was a privilege to be so near the castle”
The location was exceptional and the room was comfortable, but getting there was very difficult because many streets were closed, and the parking was far away, requiring several miles of driving to return to the hotel.
“Séjour extrêmement agréable. Établissement hautement recommandable.”
The peace, comfort, outstanding location, and welcome were all perfect, and nothing was lacking.
“Eccezionale, sono pienamente soddisfatto”
Central location right across from Castello Estense, subscription breakfast very varied, very good and spacious bathroom.
Good breakfast, free bike rental, everything was fine.
“Jättebra läge. Fint hotell.”
The place was amazing, the interior was very stylish, and the reception staff were helpful and seemed proud of their hotel and city, but I woke up at 3 a.m. with a sewage smell in my room that made me feel like I was swimming in a sea of excrement; I turned up the AC and fell asleep because I was exhausted, and the smell was gone the next morning.
