“Decent place but not exceptional”

The staff were friendly and helpful, yet the room’s facilities were poorly maintained: the toilet didn’t flush properly, the shower head rails were falling apart, the TV remote was sticky, and the AC was noisy.

“My last stay in SC was much better… just a little updating of your furniture should be good”

Marriott is usually clean, but we wanted to swap our room because of the stained sofa and box spring; we didn’t want to move again, so we stayed in the same room. The property was not bad.

“Wonderful stay! The lady who is in charge of food on weekends only… was an amazing staff member in your hotel!”

The location and cleanliness were great, but I didn’t like that I booked it under breakfast included and that wasn’t the case.
