“Not worth the stay”

The place wasn’t worth the money: the room was dirty, half the lights were out, the shower was a shock to get in and out of, the noise was horrible, the AC barely worked, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The location was great, but the receptionist named “BIM,” a short‑haired girl, handed me a defective door card and insisted I keep twisting it over and over, yet it never opened. She tried it herself and also failed, then told me to wait for a mechanic after four hours. I asked for a different room, but she refused and even denied a call to the manager. Eventually I was assigned a terrible room on the 6th floor without a lift. The room lacked tea/coffee sachets, the kettle was present but the shampoo and soap dispensers were broken, the air conditioner didn’t work, and overall the condition was pathetic.

I didn’t like anything; the hotel was trash. There was no hot water, the TV didn’t work, the door didn’t lock, and there was no cleaning at all.

“Veldig skittent rom med preg av mye parfyme.”

The distance to most places was short, but there was a lot of noise at night and the walls were thin so you could hear conversations in the neighboring room; they didn’t respond to requests via the booking app.

The hotel is quiet and comfortable, the staff are helpful and very friendly. Nothing special to note.
