I was very warmly welcomed; overall, the staff were always friendly, met our requests, and gave us tips about the area. We also liked the family‑like atmosphere with other guests. Hot water for tea was always available, and from about 16:00 the fireplace was lit in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the towels were not completely clean and had some stains. Also, the vegetarian dinner was cooked differently than what we had agreed on.

Good location for tours in Cotopaxi Park – very tasty breakfast. There’s a lunchbox option and dinner at a very sharp price. The receptionist does everything she can to make your stay as pleasant as possible! The rooms are a bit dated but well maintained.
