The shower tub in the bathroom was really narrow and looked old.

I had my watch stolen in front of the hotel, and when I reported it they showed no courtesy or even a minimal apology.

Every single employee was spectacularly kind and efficient. The location is a 5 minute walk to the tube. Lots of good restaurants nearby. A couple of very minor things. There is no hair dryer outlet in the bathroom so I had to use the entry hall area which was a little dark. The love seat and armchair need to be more comfortable. There are many light switches and it’s hard to tell what each is for. A little cheat sheet would be helpful
