I got a spacious, beautiful room with excellent facilities, and the food and staff were very helpful, but the breakfast area was noisy because a group from an event crowded the room.

I’ve never seen a 5‑star hotel so dirty; the manager was unnecessarily rude and refused a full refund after I showed him the moldy bathrooms.

Only the front and reception areas were acceptable; the room rate was high and they didn’t provide a complimentary breakfast or basic amenities like a dental kit, which I find unacceptable—please look into this.
