The staff were super nice! The only downside was the noise coming from the road.

Staff was good but location 2 far. So many lizards. Water smelled horrible

The reception staff were clean and welcoming, but there were a few lizards.

The staff and the chalet concept were nice, yet the place needed major renovation and some small equipment upgrades—lamps, sockets, umbrellas were outdated, and the room was dimly lit. The rooster’s crow woke us at 4 am every day, and the hotel was far from the center; Grab drivers couldn’t locate it.
