The staff were friendly and the service was good, but the toilet seat was loose until they fixed it.

The location was great and I could get on and off BART easily, which was ultra-convenient, but rooms facing the freeway were extremely noisy, so I had to request a room on the other side of the building; also the breakfast that you have to pay for was pricey, so I ended up eating breakfast outside the facility.

I checked in on May 29 and left on the 30th, yet I was charged twice for the room—once by the website and once again by the hotel; after contacting both my US bank and the hotel they told me I’d only paid the hotel once and the site hadn’t forwarded the money, which felt like a scam and left me with a terrible experience, so I’ll never stay there again.

Everything was fine except the windows; they need better sealing because the freeway noise is deafening.
