“Ok for a stop gap. But glad we only stayed one night.”

The spot itself was great, but the balcony view was a mess; beyond that the fields looked nice. We only stayed one night, yet we expected a bit more. The rooms felt like they were built just to make money, with thin walls and poor facilities, and there was a damp smell that seeped into the bedding. The clutter outside the balcony was disappointing—just piles everywhere, not what I had imagined.

I liked the location and the room I stayed in; it was on the upper floor with a lovely view of the back of the property, reasonably priced, and close to all the places I wanted to visit. I stayed in room 3, and the room only needed a few minor fixes: the toilet window was broken and there was a big hole in the wall where pipes ran between the kitchen and bathroom. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place.

The property is well maintained and the furnishings are pleasant. The beds and the bathroom are comfortable, and the view of the countryside is beautiful. We had the bathroom window broken for two nights and no one came to fix it. The bathroom door also didn’t close properly, so we had to insist on a key to lock it while using the bathroom. On the first night and the first morning, the bathroom was unusable because it was so cold when the window didn’t close completely. The guests left us a bottle of prosecco to apologize, but we would have preferred someone to have fixed the window. The room has a small storage area with a microwave and a small fridge, but there is no sink, and we had to take our dishes to a common room outside the room to wash them.

It’s a beautiful spot, the kitchen facilities are convenient, and it’s quiet and peaceful.
