There were undisclosed animals (a cat and parrots) that kept me up all night, the room door had gaps that let you see outside, so privacy was missing, the furnishings were ultra‑dated and uncomfortable, and there was a complete lack of assistance; the staff were unreachable even by phone, but luckily it was only one night.

The spot is spot-on and the service is solid, but the room is just average, and the reception area is a disaster with stray pets everywhere, a bird chirping nonstop in the indoor aviary, a strong animal odor, an almost toy‑sized bathroom shower, and the hotel overall needs a lot of upkeep.
