The infrastructure and location are outstanding, so I’ll keep booking here whenever I head to Kaziranga, and the swimming pool is great. The staff, however, need serious training; they’re inefficient and don’t grasp basic guest requests, especially when ordering room‑service food, which proved the hardest part. On the flip side, every single staff member is laser‑focused on selling a safari tour—clearly a good commission strategy—and they’re excellent at that pitch. The food was decent but not spectacular.
