The Temple I, Mindo

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the property had beautiful gardens. Two toucans visited and tapped the room window, which was sensational.

“Amazing place to be, we love it.”

We really loved the quiet and the nature around the hotel; the place felt cozy and we appreciated being able to use the kitchen. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely come back soon and highly recommend it. We didn’t have any problems while we were there.

Everything was lovely, clean, and cozy. Ruddy was very kind, helped us organize our weekend, and was always attentive.

“Hotel tranquilo, con excelente atencion pero con el check-out muy corto”

Rubby’s service was excellent, but I think the hotel isn’t in the best location in Mindo. Also, check‑out is at 10 am, which feels too early when you’re trying to rest; it doesn’t give you time to do morning activities and return for your luggage, so you have to leave immediately after breakfast—this didn’t sit well with me.

The facilities are very pretty and peaceful, and Miss Rudy was always attentive to what we needed. It’s my second visit and I liked the room from last year more; the breakfast menu could use improvement.
