“Generally speaking- good”

The house was gorgeous, super clean, and close to everything, plus the pillows were great :) The only downside was the room was tiny and the ceiling is low enough to bump your head whenever you get out of bed.

“Perfect old New Enland stay in center of Mendocino !”

The room’s detailing was exquisite, making you feel like you’re in someone’s home; it was clean, comfortable, and had an elegant vibe. The breakfast at The Waiting Room was fantastic, especially the bourbon and homemade cookies that were a pleasant surprise.

“Perfect except for the bed mattresses and pillows”

The bakery, pizzeria, and overall location were excellent, and the room was presented beautifully. I liked the welcome whiskey and cookies, plus the daily refreshed bottled water in the fridge. However, both beds and pillows were awful and didn’t match the high standards of the rest of the hotel and its eateries.

The room was well equipped with many unexpected touches that made our stay very enjoyable, such as a heated bathroom floor, an excellent variety of included and extra beverages, quality self‑care products, an easy registration and entry system, a super quiet location close to downtown, and easy parking. Nothing to complain about.
