The staff were friendly and the service solid, and the rooms were large and roomy. Breakfast tasted good, though the bed linen and pillows felt old and stale, and the spread could use more variety.

The hotel sits close to the airport, but it can be a bit noisy and the staff rarely smile, especially at night when service feels weak.

The staff were very pleasant and communicative, making us feel comfortable reaching out whenever needed, and the food was excellent. We had nothing to complain about as a family.

The ambience was nice and the rooms were clean, with friendly staff; I hope the new hotel keeps up the neatness. However, the hand shower in the cubicle was angled so water splashed onto the floor, making it slippery; it should face the wall instead of the door. The balcony in our room was dirty and its door wouldn’t close. I ordered a Caesar salad for dinner, but it was just lettuce with a heavy creamy dressing, showing the chef’s lack of skill. Most restaurant staff were new and struggled to communicate portion sizes.
