“Disappointed”

Nothing good; it was dirty, especially the bathroom.

“Untuk suasana hotel tenang karena jauh dari jalan raya... Ya itu keluahanya harus renovasi ulang.”

Ada air panas buat mandi, but the place still needs a full renovation—more guests will likely stay at Bumi Kitri.

“improve the hotel”

The location can't be beat, but that's where the positives end. The place was a mess, reeking of smoke, and dirty - especially the bedding and toilet.

The rooms are reportedly spacious, which is great, and it's only about 3-5 km to the city center, so that's a plus. However, the building seems to be old and could use some renovation, especially in the rooms.
