The receptionist and the bartender were attentive, yet breakfast was awful because an event was taking place and the staff couldn’t keep up with both the event guests and us, so a simple plate of eggs with chilaquiles and beans took an hour to be served.

The staff were attentive, but I suspect that booking through that app hands out the worst rooms. The vanity mirror was broken, the iron’s cover was dirty and peeling, the bathroom shower was rusted, there was no iron, dryer, or coffee maker, the closet paint was peeling, the windows were filthy and the curtains wouldn’t open, the bathroom door was misaligned, the lock had a loose bolt, the tap water took forever to drain, and it wouldn’t shut. We paid $2400 for one night and nothing satisfied us; too many issues.

The bar service was solid, but the room was a nightmare: the pillows were hard and old, the bathroom was covered in hair, and overall it was disgusting.

The bed was good, but breakfast was just continental; an extra $100 is required for an American breakfast, which isn’t mentioned on the booking site.
