The hammam was great, and overall the hotel could use a little refresh. Nothing else to complain about.

The location was gorgeous, and we enjoyed a balcony overlooking the lake; it was pricey, but the private parking under the hotel with its own lifts was convenient. The only gripe was that the toilet in our en suite was very low to the ground—fine for a toddler, but not for a retired couple like us.

The room was spacious and the bedding comfortable. Prices fluctuate wildly; as a regular guest, I’ve seen the nightly rate almost double on certain days with no explanation or control from the front‑desk staff.
