“A very pleasant stay - We would certainly stay here in future !”
We were upgraded to a large room with a settee and a small balcony that had a table and two chairs overlooking the lake – a lovely gesture from the hotel. The room itself was very pleasant with a huge, comfortable bed and a nice, large en‑suite bathroom. All staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price and the buffet offered plenty of choices – the food and drinks were good. We dined at the restaurant both nights and it was good. We had requested a parking spot, paid extra for it, and knew about this in advance. The hotel sits on a narrow, busy road and does not have direct lake access, which was fine for us. The swimming pool was good and the outdoor area was nice with lake views. Dining options were available both inside and outside. The hotel has elevators. Remember that payment is in Swiss francs, not euros. Everything was good – no complaints!

When we arrived with our dog they put us in a room with a terrace. Their restaurant is excellent and the staff very pleasant. Beautiful pool. Nothing.

Lovely view, staff were amazing, the pool was great, lovely breakfast… The mattresses in our room were not great – they were dented where people had slept. Old mattresses, they need changing.

Location and pool were good. Black mold on walls and ceiling – everything was extremely shabby; the whole place looked neglected. A little effort and renovation could fix many things – the price‑to‑value ratio is very poor. The staff are friendly and try hard, but that effort alone is not enough.

Super friendly staff, beautiful view, breakfast selection satisfactory. Quiet location. The room was a bit dated and the mattress was terribly saggy.
