The place is super close to the office area. The only downside is that the drain hole in the bathroom is huge, making it uncomfortable to step on and potentially causing scratches.

The massage chair and sauna were nice, but why did a huge noise erupt in the middle of the night and then all the lights switched on by themselves—not once but twice? It made sleeping impossible. Also, there were far too few power outlets, which made charging a real hassle.

I’m a big fan of the Norway Forest brand and have always had great stays with them; the staff are professional and the rooms are spotless, so I usually book only with them wherever I go. However, the property in Yingge was a disaster: the bathroom had three moths fluttering around and the bathtub smelled foul, the small coffee table in the living room was covered in dirt, and I had to bring my own towel to wipe the floor. When I complained to housekeeping, the staff simply asked if it was convenient for them to come into the room to check.

The space was large and clean, and the housekeeping staff worked diligently to resolve any problems.
