A warm welcome greeted us upon arrival, and the place was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed that made the room very peaceful; the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious, making this stay excellent value for money – thanks and we’ll definitely book again soon.

The hosts were very pleasant and helped with everything we needed, and overall nothing was wrong – it was all fine.

The location is great, just a short downhill walk to the seafront and the main area of Rhos On Sea; the room was clean and comfortable, Hostess Sandy was lovely and very accommodating, and breakfast was well cooked 👍, though the pillows on the bed were a bit flat for my liking.

The location was excellent, but the room felt tired and could use a modern touch; paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling and there was mould around the tiled area.
