“Good location, but really outdated”

This hotel has definitely passed its peak and needs a serious makeover. The switches in the room are outdated and the furniture looks like it’s been around for 40 years. The breakfast room can’t handle the large number of guests, leading to long waits. The location is great, but the hotel urgently needs refurbishment to meet Conrad’s standards.

“Wie immer schön”

The hotel’s location is amazing! However, when paying, they tried to add an extra 3.5000 HK $ deposit that my card couldn’t cover. That deposit was unnecessary (I didn’t need it during my first visit last year). The room was unfortunately not “ri. Harbor” but “ri. Peak,” yet overall it was still great.

I was deeply touched when they sent an unexpected birthday cake for my birthday celebration. No complaints, completely satisfied.
