“Horrible”

I absolutely hated the room; it looked nothing like the photos and was filthy, the bathroom was the same—so dirty I didn't even want to wash or brush my teeth there. There was no bedding; the only blanket was a thin, dirty duvet. When I asked for fresh sheets, I was given a tattered fitted sheet with stains that I refused. In the shared linen closet I found some sheets, but I only used the fitted sheet as the top layer. There was no equipment at all—no bedside lamp, no adjustable air‑conditioning, and the unit made a horrible noise. We were freezing all night, and in the morning it was hard to leave because everyone was still sleeping and we were locked in. I would avoid this place, and the neighborhood was another issue. I’ve never had such a negative experience in 40 years of travel.

The staff were rude and their attitude toward guests was awful; the moment I arrived they seemed ready to cancel my room. I’d rather close the door than do business here.

The price was really affordable and the air conditioning was nice and cool, but that's about it.
