The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive, truly at the highest level. The entire resort is absolutely stunning — huge, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. The food was phenomenal, with an amazing variety and excellent quality. Everything was simply perfect! Highly recommended — definitely a 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Everything!

The best thing about the place is the quiet and the very refined service, especially from chefs Hermine and Youssef in the Royal Lounge, the chef in the Laka restaurant, manager Osama, and all the staff who are very helpful and diligent.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite, a beautiful room near the beach, and the reef was amazing. The staff were polite and kind, and the service was very good.
