The hotel is excellent, I always enjoy staying there, and the location is very close to everything 👍. Everything was perfect.

Very well located with excellent staff service, but the maintenance was lacking: old, worn carpets, curtains that didn’t fit, and several bathroom details were off.

The customer service was attentive, the staff were kind, and they responded to our needs at every turn; the place was clean, comfortable, and right next to Gran Vía. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t included with every rate.
