The staff were friendly and pleasant. The place was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel’s setting was relaxing and welcoming, and the staff took great care of us; a big thank you to the receptionists, especially Ilyass and Ayoub, for their warm welcome.

The staff were all good. The bar stayed open past midnight on some nights, causing a lot of noise, and my room was close to the bar.

Anouar is a top guy! He’s very attentive at the front desk, helpful, and resolves complaints quickly and professionally. My first room had problems—an AC that didn’t work, a TV, and a fridge—so the stay began as a disappointment but ended as an amazing experience with a free upgrade to a room overlooking a beautiful courtyard with a pool and a nice bar. All in all, my compliments go to the staff, especially my biggest thanks to Anouar! Definitely recommended.
