I enjoyed a very good breakfast, and the location was great for all nearby restaurants; the staff were quite attentive and even let me check in early. However, the music from the hotel next door was exhausting – not the hotel’s fault, but the experience would have been better without it – and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.

The beach was lovely, the loungers comfortable, and it was nice that beach towels were included. The room was pretty, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The receptionists were friendly, especially Hemena and the evening‑shift staff member. Overall, the staff were welcoming. Breakfast was okay, and the location is very good. The air conditioning worked well. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked for two days, making noises at night and wetting everything. We had no Wi‑Fi the last two days, and our room was downstairs so there was little to no internet reception. Breakfast was okay but only water and coffee were included; soft drinks cost extra and are pricey. The music at the beach was very loud, making relaxation difficult, though not a huge issue.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and they were very flexible with dates and times. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach. Hotel umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels are available for guests. There is also a hotel restaurant with beach service, and the prices are very reasonable. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of fruit options and freshly made barista coffee. The glass partition separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom was too small, so it was difficult to avoid getting water on the floor during the shower. It would also be nice to have an espresso machine in the room.
