The location was very good at the beginning and the room was very clean. The service after staying wasn’t good and the breakfast wasn’t even good; the price was high for the services provided.

The place is in one of the best areas, everything is close by. The accommodation is quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a wide range of breakfast options that satisfy everything. The only thing that bothered me was the frequent rain, though that wasn't the fault of the hotel.

The hotel sits in a very comfortable spot, within walking distance of most sights, and the metro and tram stop just 200 meters away. The staff are very hospitable, lovely, and helpful, especially Tika, whose warm attitude and special support were brilliant. Everything was perfect.

The location and the staff are great. The room, however, isn't spacious.
