In particular, the service guy Chimay was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure that I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was good, and I appreciated the efforts made to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I was happy with my experience and would consider staying here again in the future.

“Worst”

I had a disastrous experience at this hotel, which started with a shocking revelation when I arrived - they had no room available despite my confirmed booking. The reception staff's complete lack of commitment and apathy towards their customers was appalling, leaving me feeling stranded and struggling to find alternative accommodation in a foreign city.
