The place is clean and nice. The staff (two ladies) were very friendly. The room was only 23 m², not the advertised 30 m², and the mini‑bar was small. The location is terrible and very expensive. Nearby restaurants are closed; the nearest one is a Chinese place at Kaufland. For dinner you must go to the city or about 2 km down the street. All interesting trails are on the second part of town. From the hotel you can walk to the trails but through busy streets, not through forest. The freezer’s freezer was broken, there were no lockers or drawers for items. We received tiny towels; on the second day we were given larger ones (one per person). When guests moved into the rooms above us, we couldn’t sleep because we could hear every step and sound. Breakfast was 5 rolls for 2 people, some yogurt, a banana, a slice of cake, a few slices of cheese, ham, cucumber and radish. The butter was separated and it was impossible to spread that little amount on all the rolls. It was fresh and tasty, but 9 € per person was absolutely not worth it; better to buy it at nearby Lidl. The room had plates, so you could make your own. The place is nice but I don’t recommend it mainly because of the very bad location, unless someone wants to drive to restaurants and trails. The description on Booking should be changed, the mini‑bar should be removed and the room size should be corrected – that would be fair.

Excellent communication with everyone, we always managed to coordinate. The bed was comfortable, the coffee and tea station was well equipped, and there were also cutlery, a knife, a bottle opener, plates, a napkin, and a fridge. Breakfast was very tasty and abundant – there’s no kitchen on the premises, so it isn’t a typical guesthouse, but we were greeted in the morning with fresh bread, a plated dish, a sweet pastry, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea. Small towels were provided, but you could ask for a clean one. Most guests stay only briefly, so the small sachets of shower gel and shampoo are a pleasant touch. The stay was enjoyable, thank you. The storage space is open, the shelves are closed, which would be nicer for longer stays; a liquid soap on the sink might be better – that small piece unfortunately dissolves after a while. The rooms are small; we had a room for three and the one for two was just that, mainly the space around the bed was tight. Moving the bed might be an issue, but as I wrote, the bed is comfortable and a bit higher.
