The staff were polite, but the switch in the room was broken, there was no soap in the bathroom, no one answered the knock and the owner had to wait 5‑7 minutes; the only cleaning staff was a maid who didn’t speak English, and even for Morocco this is a disgrace.

Because we booked very last minute, we got the last two rooms on the ground floor with no windows and damp; not very appealing, but acceptable for one night. Probably better suited for young people.

“Very central”

The location was ideal—central, very quiet. There were shared kitchenettes, lights with sensors on the stairs, and the host was helpful and responsive. We had a room on the top floor, which was perfect. Nothing else to mention.
