The area was quiet, but there were a few small problems in the room such as a missing app and a missing light.

The staff were friendly, but the balcony doors should have been better placed.

I was greeted at reception by a very friendly, polite, and energetic staff member, and when I entered my room I found all the amenities described, it was clean, very warm, and it was early October, so it was quiet – exactly what I wanted!
