The room was spotless and every door had a water dispenser, which was super handy; the front desk staff were incredibly polite. The air conditioner could use a cleaning because both rooms had obvious mold spots near the vents.

“Absolutely wonderful desk staff!”

We were blown away by how helpful the staff were—without them we’d have been lost, especially since we don’t speak Chinese, don’t have Taiwanese driver’s licenses, and hadn’t pre‑booked an itinerary (something we usually skip but would have helped around the Penghu archipelago). Thank you so much! The space was generally comfortable, though the layout felt a bit awkward with the bed against the wall on a slight riser. One night other guests were loud until almost 3 am, which seems common; there are signs up and earplugs available.
