Everyone on staff was very helpful.

The manager on duty, Silas, was very friendly and helped us find a different room because the first one smelled like cigarette smoke. The second room had a slightly musty odor, and the hot tub jets weren’t working properly. Other than that, everything was fine!

A few small touches would make the hotel more inviting: replace the dirty-looking, torn table cover at the coffee table and sweep/clean the steps and doormat at the entrance.
