The staff were friendly, and the rooms were okay. The air‑con didn’t get cold enough.

There was no water; the hotel was a scam and wouldn’t refund even when I showed them the lack of water within the first 10 minutes of arrival.

The hotel's location is one of its best features - it's right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions. I was a bit worried about noise, but it wasn't too bad.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this place was - the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect. It's a great value for the price.
