“Disappointed”

It’s budget‑friendly and close to the main Gulberg area, but the beds, sheets, room size, and washrooms were all dirty and not functioning; a renovation is needed.

Nothing had to like in this property, as worst as I can say. Polite and helpful staff, but the interior looked nothing like the photos, the bed frame and mattress were very old, power cut every 2 hours and no air‑con during outages, the toilet was dirty, shower curtain was old and dirty, door locks were weak with a slight gap, and there was no breakfast—when we asked for something they said they'd make it but nothing was prepared, we left late and there was no water to drink.

“Everything was sound”

It was available on call, and the stay at Premier Inn was amazing: spotless, neat, calm, and relaxing, with extremely polite, cooperative, and helpful staff, plus safe and convenient car parking – highly recommended, will definitely return.
