It was a shame there was no lowered shower; otherwise everything was super. The shower was hard to step into.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the pool and sauna were useful, but there were no plug sockets next to the bed.

The spa was fantastic, and the staff really made a difference.

The room was clean and the hotel is in the city centre. Parking exists, but it’s in a completely different building, and breakfast is at a neighbouring hotel, though the two hotels are connected by a corridor and a lift. The air‑conditioning was very noisy, so we had to turn it off at night.
