Food and drinks were available, and the beach and resort weren’t crowded, making for a relaxed vibe; the buffet fell short, and once food ran out it wasn’t refilled, which was disappointing and required constant reminders.

Reception gave mixed messages, housekeeping failed to put requested wine in the fridge on 2 of 3 nights, and management didn’t provide the corner suite shown online—just a smaller non‑corner room, claiming the photo was “indicative” of other suites, effectively misleading to justify a higher price and refusing a refund. All dinner spots needed reservations, so the fine‑dining restaurant was fully booked the whole stay except the last night at 8:30 pm.

Leaving was fine, but getting there felt like a trip to a dump.

The food was very poor, not up to a 5‑star standard but more like a 3.5‑star place; most evenings the meals were inedible, especially dinner, forcing us to switch restaurants because the tapas were so bad. Drinks and cocktails were also very bad.
