The rooms are clean and spacious enough, with a comfortable bed, desk, wardrobe with a safe, a small table and sofa. The shared kitchen area has a fridge, and there’s an automatic coffee machine on the corridor that costs 1 Euro. The property is right next to a tram stop that operates 24 h a day. The windows do a decent job of blocking the noise, but I can’t imagine staying there in summer when the rooms lack air‑conditioning and only have a ceiling fan. The staff don’t read messages on Booking, so you have to call them.

The tram stops right outside, so you’re in the centre of Dresden in half an hour. There’s no air‑conditioning, only a fan, and the windows can’t stay open at night because of the nearby road noise.

gut. zu wenig Licht im Bad vielleicht noch 1-2 zusätzliche Handtuchhalter wären hilfreich Samstag wurde nicht gereinigt. Wenigstens Getränke hätten aufgefüllt werden können, deshalb nur gut, sonst wäre es sehr gut gewesen
