“Consigliatissimo!!!!!”

The room was spotless and fully equipped, tastefully furnished. It was amazing to have breakfast with a view and to taste all the homemade cakes the host made, all truly exquisite. Waking up like that every day would be wonderful 😌 Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

We felt very comfortable here. The room was nice, clean and cozy, and the location was ideal for our stay. The breakfast was especially good – lovingly prepared with a nice selection. The host was very friendly and warm, making you feel welcome immediately. A clear recommendation – we would come back anytime!

First of all, Elena is a real hostess, super helpful in everything. The room is very beautiful, well‑maintained and clean, spacious and bright. Breakfast is fantastic, with homemade cakes and the option to cook savory dishes for those who want them. The location is strategic, close to the center of Massa Marittima, a fabulous town. The only downside is the parking, but that isn’t anyone’s fault. There are free parking spots in nearby areas and it’s only a 5‑minute walk to the apartment. I worry, however, that during high tourist periods it might be hard to find a spot.
