I had no positive aspects to mention because the hotel failed to give me accommodation; I was told my booking was confirmed and I could stay on the reserved date, but when I called on check‑in day the staff said the room had been allotted to someone else and they could not accommodate me.

The service was good, the staff friendly, the location nice, the hotel itself pleasant, and the reception staff were the best – all aspects were great 👍.

The property owner was very rude, applying unnecessary pressure and speaking in an over‑smart, unprofessional manner, yet the hotel staff were good and nice and the room condition was also good; the owner’s arrogance was the only downside.
