SQ Hang Gai Hotel & Spa

Thanks to all the staff for their kindness, helpfulness, and attention to detail, especially Hana and the doormen; the hotel is ideally located and the room is quiet even though it faces a lively street, but the neighbors on the same floor are noisy and disrespectful.

SQ was in a perfect spot in the Old Quarter for our first two nights in Hanoi, the staff were amazingly helpful, the food was delicious 😋, and we highly recommend Train Street 🤩.

The bedding is very comfortable and the pool is pleasant, but it is a bit expensive.

“Great location, lovely staff, but need a bit extra cleaning in the bathroom.”

Great location and staff were lovely, bed was also super comfortable. The corners of the bathroom were a bit mouldy because the water would hit the wall out of the shower. Other than that things seemed decently clean
