Rooms feature air‑conditioning, free WiFi, private bathrooms with bidets, a work desk, TV, and a kitchenette. Guests enjoy proximity to Palazzo della Pilotta, the Baptistery, and local museums, while the airport lies just 4 km away.

A quiet spot in the centre of Parma. The rooms are on an inner courtyard, so peace is guaranteed. The boy who welcomed us explained everything kindly. We stayed in the ground‑floor rooms (we were two couples). The rooms are modern but could use some improvements. One shower hose was somewhat worn. The mattress and pillow have only a few months left… These are details to improve.

New structure and very clean.

Central and fine location. New and delicate room with a nice bathroom. Good communication and service from the host. Nothing to complain about.
